4 pillars for successful implementation
We can consider that there are four fundamental and cross points to any development of a project, the organizational level, and therefore also apply to implementation of a QMS.
Are they:
- planning: It seems obvious, but is often overlooked: the goals, dates, internal or external resources, strategy should be clearly defined as in any project.
- Leadership: It is another critical aspect and more now in the new version of the NP ISO 9001. It is critical that there is immediately the involvement of leadership in the project.
- contributors: linchpin of any organization and any project. Whatever out the implementation strategy they should be involved, supported and informed.
- Communication: This point is related to the previous one. Communication is key when there is the need to develop any action involving two or more people. It is the principle of resolving all problems and solutions. An effective communication strategy is key.
